2. Scope of Services
Optival provides automotive homologation, FUSA, cyber security, testing, certification and training services to its customers. The details of the services are determined according to the customer’s demands and needs and agreed in writing.
3. Contract and Acceptance
The use of the services offered by Optival implies acceptance of these General Terms and Conditions. The Client must read these terms carefully before starting the use of the services.
4. Pricing and Payment Terms
The remuneration of the services is determined by written agreement between the parties. Payments must be made within 30 days of the invoice date unless otherwise stated on the invoice. In case of delay in payments, late interest may be charged.
5. Privacy and Data Protection
Optival is committed to keeping all information of its customers confidential. The protection of personal data is carried out in accordance with the Law No. 6698 on the Protection of Personal Data and the relevant legislation. For details, the KVKK Clarification Text can be reviewed.
6. Liability and Warranty
Optival shows due diligence in the fulfillment of services. However, it cannot be held responsible for any direct or indirect damages that may arise from the results of the services. No guarantee is given regarding the quality of the services.
7. Termination
The Client may request the suspension or cancellation of the services. In this case, the customer is obliged to pay the fees for the part of the services provided up to that moment and the amount of the payment in case of termination specifically specified in the contract. Optival reserves the right to suspend or cancel services in the event that the customer does not comply with these General Terms and Conditions.
8. Dispute Resolution
Any disputes arising out of these General Terms and Conditions shall be resolved in the exclusive jurisdiction of Istanbul Courts and Enforcement Offices.
9. Enforcement and Amendments
These General Terms and Conditions are effective from the date of their publication. Optival reserves the right to change these terms without prior notice.
